All commissioned pieces are evaluated for cost on several
factors. Key to these are 1; the level of detail, because
a great amount of detail will require a greater amount
of time, and 2; location, because most of the work is
performed on-site.

How do we move ahead?

The following process has been developed to provide the best service possible.

1. Click on the "Contact Me" tab in this web site. Please provide some basic information on the concept, if any, and the overall size and scope of the work you are interested in.

2. E-mail a picture, sketch or drawing of the image you
are interested in, if you have one. If it is easier, simply fax the information.

3. After an initial review, Mr. Flaim will call you to
discuss ideas and basic design thoughts. Please be
patient as no one but Mr. Flaim does any of the
paintings and scheduling can take some time.

4. If you wish to commission Mr. Flaim, a simple commission agreement will be presented. After your acceptance and scheduling, the work starts! Soon you
will be enjoying the beauty and the investment of
original painted artwork.

What Are The Project Costs?

An in-place window such as above a tub or paladian window is primarily done on-site. The costs are typically less than custom detailed traditional stained glass, and generally range from $125 to $150 per square foot, depending on travel required and complexity.

Framed hanging windows are done in the studio and are priced by the size of the piece. Current costs for typical sizes can be found in the "What's In Stock" area of this site.

Every piece of artwork is an original, and will be signed by Mr. Flaim.
